Acoustic Imaging for Industrial Inspection and Maintenance
The HIKMICRO AI Series are professional acoustic imaging cameras for detecting compressed air leaks in pressurized systems and partial discharges in electrical high-voltage installations. With up to 136 low-noise MEMS microphones and an adjustable bandwidth of 0 to 96 kHz, both models locate sound sources in real time and display them on a 4.3-inch LCD touchscreen.

Real-Time Sound Localization
Sound sources are displayed live as an overlay on the camera image. Detection range from 0.3 m to 150 m.
Live Leak Cost Display
Estimated leak rate, leak costs and leak level are shown directly on the display.
Partial Discharge Detection
Corona, floating, surface and particle discharges are automatically identified at 50/60 Hz.
Efficiency gain in practice: Compared to conventional leak detection and partial discharge testing equipment, an acoustic imaging camera typically reduces inspection time by up to 90%. The device is ready to use immediately and requires no extensive training.

COMPRESSED AIR SYSTEMS
Gas Leak Detection
The AI Series filters out ambient noise and makes compressed air leaks visible even in the loudest production environments. Leak rate, damage costs and leak level are displayed directly on screen, without having to shut down the system.
